Greg Bankhurst is a recognized expert in Real Estate Investments and Development with over 25 years of diverse experience with five-star hotels, ultra-luxury condominiums, urban mixed-use developments located on prime ocean front locations, and in the creation and design of new and progressive Master Planned cities and developments both in the US and international emerging markets.
As Regional President of WCI Communities Inc., a multi-billion dollar public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange and Florida’s largest and premier luxury residential and hotel developer, Greg was personally responsible for the design and development of billions of dollars in high-end developments from 2003 to 2008. Under Greg’s leadership, WCI was awarded the prestigious title of “America’s Best Builder” by NAHB and Builder Magazine.
As President of Global Development for Eighth Wonder International, Greg took his development expertise to the international level. He has been directly responsible for site and land acquisition, complete Master Plan design and development strategy, and construction services for multi-billion dollar mixed use projects featuring a gaming element all over the globe. Greg managed a professional staff of worldwide experts in real estate, management, master planning, architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, finance, management, and government relations.

Greg has extensive experience in all phases of site acquisition, development, project design, condominium/hotel program design and implementation, US Bankruptcy and auction proceedings, golf course design, securement of federal, state, and local regulatory land use approvals and entitlements, construction management, financial management, Asset Management, Property Management, and sales and marketing. The Regent Bal Harbour Luxury Condominium and Condominium/Hotel, a $600 million oceanfront, 124 unit five-star Regent Hotel and 185 unit ultra-luxury condominium situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean in prestigious Bal Harbour, Florida. The property includes a Guerlain of Paris spa branded by Louis Vuitton, the first of its kind in the United States, and a Cordon Bleu restaurant.
IIncheon International Airport Corporation, a $5 billion master planned tourist and entertainment destination located directly contiguous to the Incheon International Airport in Incheon, South Korea. Project includes 4 large scale Las Vegas style casino hotels with 7,000 hotel rooms, 350,000 square feet of retail, world class entertainment venues, 36 holes of Championship Golf, and an international Soccer Hall of Fame
